ROLEPLAY GUIDELINES
APPLICATION INFORMATION
━ Respect, consideration, participation and continuous communication are utterly essential for you to maintain your membership inside Inmortalis. If you don't display these as a member of the community, you will be asked to leave.
━ Failure to comply with the rules, intentionally disrespecting members of the community and lack of participation with fellow members are grounds to nullify your membership.
━ The Admin Team can automatically terminate your membership if we do not receive a message as to why you are not actively posting.
━ Inmortalis is a 16+ mature roleplay and as such, we allow explicitly described violence, foul language and sex.
━ All members must be at least 16 years of age.
━ All plots and threads that consist of mature and explicit content need to have a warning label along with the topics in capital letters.
━ Any intentional in-character decisions and actions have in-character consequences. Your character is free to do as they wish, but if it goes against the the laws or societal norms or places your character in dangerous situations, they might not make it out alive.
REQUIREMENTS:
━ Write a minimum of 250 words in your writing sample for the application form.
━ When admins are evaluating applications, we are mainly looking for the following: adherence to the setting information (make sure to read anything that applies to your character), a clear personality, inclusion of your abilities and their limitations, as well as relationships or major events that would have affected them (eg. Their birth and how they grew up around Inmortalis or a clear description of their beliefs: religion, magic, legends.)
EVALUATION PROCESS:
━ Our Admin team will aim to evaluate all submitted applications within 24-48 hours of being submitted. Please do not contact any staff members about reading your application unless 48 hours have passed.
━ If you’ve applied for a wanted connection, the creator of the character must approve of your application before it can be accepted. It is strictly mandatory to consult the admins if you’re wanting to apply for wanted connections before submission.
━ Application for Royal Members (eg. Princesses or Princes) will be looked at and approved by at least two admins.
━ If there is a problem with your application, an admin will send you a private message.
