Dragons were born of magic and fire. Eira the oldest twin and Erys the youngest dragon were born through magic and fire. It was never proven publicly how they were truly born, some say Eira and Erys came out of a huge egg and hatched when it was thrown into the fire, to which the twins responded by breathing fire. Eira boasted strong crimson coloured eyes while her platinum hair grew in contrast to her brother's dark brown hair and ocean blue eyes. The twins grew up with the power to control fire freely and to tame dragons in order to make them vicious beasts for war. Soon the mortals of Inmortalis bowed to honour the dragons and many swore to House Bloodfyre, promising to fight for them whenever there is a threat hanging over the twins' heads.
But, as the Bloodfyre twins grew so did their love for one another. At the age of 12, Eira bore her first child with Erys, which they named Eirius Bloodfyre. Eirius was the first child of the dragon twins, he was often called 'The Dragon' as Eirius was the cruel tamer of all dragons in House Bloodfyre. He only tamed the dragons his mother and father allowed him to do so, as Eirius had a habit of going mad when taming the beasts. Though two years later, Eira bore another child and her name was Eryn Bloodfyre, or more commonly known as 'The Firestarter'. Eryn like her older brother was never the kind one, but she was never a coward, unlike Eirius. Eryn would often burn her subjects' belongings or in worse burn them to death. She's feared throughout Inmortalis, as she often turned into a dragon and ate and burned numerous people alive. Eira and Erys were never proud of their first two children, but they would never love their bastards more than their own children. Bastards were only created out of boredom and lust, no love ever found nor respect and both Eira and Erys looked down on all the bastards they have produced over time. However, when Eira gave birth to the last child out of fifty-nine true born children, Eirianna came into the light of day, born in the high summer morning, where the ocean was as peaceful as the summer breeze. She was then known as 'The Lovely One'. Eirianna She was the last true born child of Eira and Erys and boasted the ocean blue eyes of her father and a soft tint of brown hair laced with platinum streaks. Out of all their children, Eirianna was by far the most beautiful one.
As the years of the Age of Dragons slowly fades into history, Erys began to feel weaker by the coming days, but it wasn't until Eira had tied friendship with Lanier Leonhart that he started suffering worst of the effects of their dragons dying. At this time, Eira already bore him more than 55 children and the twins also did produce bastards of their own, however not with humans, but the Faes that lurked in the shadows of Dragonstone. The two most famous bastard children of Erys and Eira was Argon Ravenfyre, who had dark black hair and gleaming dragon eyes. It is said that Argon Ravenfyre went up to the North of Inmortalis to pledge his allegiance and protect Athena Wolfstone, in which resulted in the birth of magical creatures later known as Ice Dragons, which enraged both Lyria and Eira. But, Argon was not the only bastard child to have made a mark in Inmortalis. Sierra Tohenburn, the greatest female warrior Inmortalis has ever known, boasted her charcoal black hair and dark ash eyes. It is said that Siera roamed in House Leonhart and have apparently fallen in love with Lyka Kolt, the only acknowledged bastard child of Lanier Leonhart.
With all of these events occurring, Lanier decided to bring the Bloodfyre twins to the North, promising them lands and riches, but when a young wolf decided to stop Lanier, he had slain the child with his sword and brutally mutilated its wolf form. Eira was never proud of that incident and she had sent many letters to House Wolfstone, declaring no part in the act at all, but the one that was scarred the most was Erys. Often he sees the lifeless mutilated body of Erwyn Wolfstone haunting his dreams, torturing his sanity and dearly affecting his untimely death.
Upon Erys' passing, Eira mourned days and nights for her brother to come back. Her children were of no use except Eirianna who resembled her father so much that she would be the only one to calm their mother of her outbursts. This is why Eira declined Lanier's calling when the War of the Pillar Fathers began, as she solemnly blamed Lanier for the death of Erys. After then, all the bastard children of Eira and Erys slowly fades into history, and upon her death bed, she requested no one in the room with her except Eirianna who was only eight years of age at the time.
