The lineage of House Thornehill can be traced back to the high-born Lord named Beric Thornehill, a wealthy and formidable man who worshipped the Bloodfyre twins when they arrived in Inmortalis. House Thornehill have always been the loyal ally of the Bloodfyres, even going as far as to faithfully offer their lives to fight alongside any battles House Bloodfyre are subjected into.
Beric Thornehill is also the one who trained a young Erys Bloodfyre with both jousting and sword fighting, being a skilled fighter himself, he was able to pass down great techniques and skill to the youngest dragon twin. However, Beric had trouble advising Eira, she was always the wild one, never wanting to heed any other opinion than her own unless her brother chimes in, but even after that, she has proven on more than one occasion that she would be heard and her voice only.
Beric had five sons to his wife Georgianna Castel and fathered a few Hill bastards in his time. Thornehills are described to have dark ashy hair and cold stone black eyes, while also having prominent jaws and high cheekbones. Their pale complexion is also a notable feature most Thornehills possess.
