SERAFINA GIRELON

  • House Girelon originated from House Ethoria at the beginning of time, they were once a whole House, but when Serafina was born her beauty threatened the Seductress Erin, which sparked the loyalists of the Fae child to gather as many Lords and Ladies to set up and claim the East as their own.

Serafina was born with beauty that all women wished they were born with, her glossy silver hair and golden alluring eyes was something out of poems and songs. She was considered as the most beautiful woman to ever grace Inmortalis, but not only that, Serafina is also the Mother of House Girelon.

However, the army of House Girelon was never large to begin with, they rank as the smallest House along with their bannermen that stood on the East of Inmortalis. This meant that they were targets of anyone who wanted to take over their land and their people. Luckily, that didn't happen because Lanier Leonhart got in time to crash the reign of Titans. Also, Serafina was grateful that she was not taken by the Titan named Olympus who wanted to take her as his wife. Instead, in a gesture of honour and gratefulness, Serafina married Lanier who joined their Houses through marriage. Now, House Girelon was not as small as it was before.

However, as small as it was, House Girelon was never that weak to begin with. With their beauty comes great power not even a lion, a wolf, a snake or a dragon can possess. And Serafina knew how to use it very well, which is why whenever she was to go to any royal occasions, guests will always find her carrying a rose in her hand, but what they don't know is that the roses are a part of her game. This is proven when a noble Lord once tried to force himself onto Serafina, but when she told him that she will see him another day, lighting up that hope in his tiny mind, Serafina gave him her rose of the night. The Lord never did saw the sun rise again. Beauty is indeed their House weapon, but it is the poison that no one will ever suspect hiding underneath their roses.

"Be a rose on the outside, but the serpent you are on the inside."

When Serafina married Lanier, she knew all about his bastard children, but she already loves the man too much to stray away from marrying him. Yes, the lion was the charming Prince she could only dream of, but it was hell she got after their wedding night. Lanier, who claimed her flower took off that very night to bed another woman for information. When Serafina questioned him with, "How can you say you love me when you take another woman and sleep with her like you love her?" to which the Mighty Lion replied, "There shall be no woman who can replace your space in my life. Be content with what you have."

As the years go by without bearing Lanier any children, Serafina became more and more worried of not fulfilling her duty as a wife, but when she gave birth to the Silver Twins, she and Lanier could never have been happier. But, that didn't stop the Lion to seek out other women, to which Serafina just kept a blind eye to in order to love the man she married. However, when Laius was born, Lanier could never keep his hands off his youngest son, and even on several occasions denied the women who wanted him. Laius was the fruit of Serafina and Lanier's relationship. The child they called, "The Golden Lion" who got the fair hair of his father and the golden eyes of his mother. But, the life of their last son only lasted for four years, to which broke Serafina into a state of depression, never again allowing Lanier to bed her at night.

The death of Laius affected Lanier as much as it affected Serafina, as the Lion became more aggressive and greedy day after day, and her love for her husband soon started to deteriorate. But, when she heard Lanier had slain a wolf child from the North, at first Serafina threw the speculations to the side, though when Lanier came home with blood on his hands and a tiny crimson robe she knew she had married a monster.
